POLICIES

• Students must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class;
• Students arriving with a 15 minute delay will not be admitted to class without teacher’s permission;
• Viewing of dance classes is not permitted at any time since it is very distracting;
• Chewing gum is not allowed in classes;
• Mobile phones must be switched off.

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION

• All students must fill in a registration sheet;
• All students must pay a 5$ yearly registration fee;
• Participants must be registered in order to take class;
• Payment is due in the beginning of each month ; students who enter class without having paid for the session will be asked to step out and settle payment;
• An extra 25% of the fees will be paid in case of an extra  fifth session given in the same month, as well as  25% of the fees will be reduce in case of cancellation of the class by  swandance;
• No extensions, transfers, credits or refunds.

UNIFORM
Jeans are not allowed in any class for any reason….

• Ballet class Tights, leotards, ballerina; hair must be pulled back and tied;
• Oriental class oriental belt is a must
• Adult classes, loose fitted comfortable clothes
• JFH /  hip hop/ break dance/ contemporary  classes leggings, tights, leotards, sweats/ t-shirt, jazz shoes/ballet shoes.
• Gymnastics/ yoga classes barefoot, tight clothing
